This in-person session gives us a chance to meet your dog, observe your home setup, review current skills, and recommend the right training plan.

What happens during the Meet & Greet

Introductions

I will want to meet your dog, any other dogs in the home, and the handler(s) who live with or work with your dog day-to-day.

Home + Environment Walkthrough

We'll look at the indoor and outdoor areas your dog has access to so I can understand where things are working and where issues are showing up.

House rules + Boundaries

We'll talk through your desired house rules, boundaries, and goals so the training plan reflects the way you actually want to live with your dog.

Skills Assessment

I will ask you to show the commands and skills your dog already knows, then may challenge your dog with simple tasks to understand skill level, engagement, confidence, and responsiveness.

Training Recommendation

After the assessment, I will share recommendations for a training plan, schedule, and price estimate.

Master Client Services Agreement

Please review our Master Client Services Agreement before your session. In summary:

  • You confirm you're the dog's legal owner or an authorized handler.
  • You'll disclose any bite history, aggression, reactivity, or medical/behavioral conditions beforehand.
  • Working with animals carries inherent risks, which you assume except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • You authorize emergency veterinary care if you can't be reached, and agree to reimburse related costs.
  • Payment, deposits, and cancellation terms are set out in your quote.

This summary is for convenience only — the full Master Client Services Agreement (and any addenda) governs your services and is incorporated into every accepted quote.
