I adopted Macca as a nearly grown puppy - a sweetheart of a dog but also very highly energetic. I struggled in training her to keep pace with me and be more responsive, particularly in outdoor situations where she gets easily distracted. Kat has developed strategies to redirect Macca's attention and improve her performance on a leash.  Kat even has her conditioned to be a running partner on a hands free leash. Kat treats my dog with the kindness and respect she would her own dog and I trust her implicitly to continuing refining Macca's behavior. 

I was seriously at the point of taking my new foster pup Major back to the shelter. Every time a dog walked by, it was like a light switch went off and he became a totally different appearing aggressive dog. But Kat helped reign it in so that he would not be distracted when other dogs walked by. We did basic skills and then started to invest time into the dog socializing. We got to a point when I was able to run with a dog attached to each hip and take him to the brewery with me. He's still got work to do, but its come SOOO far in just a short time.
